Received B.A. in English and Comparative Literature from Haifa University. Currently she works as high school teacher for English in Nazareth. Published so far five books of poetry in Arabic : "Revolution Against Silence" (1994), "Mirrors Of Illusion" (1998), " A Diary Of A Gypsy Lover"(2000), " Who Doesn't Know Rita?!"(2003), " One Tear Before Getting Suffocated"(2005). In 2006, she became the first WHA member from Israel. She writes short stories, and has a collection which will be published soon.
