Bill Cooper has been writing haiku and senryu since 2009. His work appears in a variety of journals, and his first collection is titled The Dance of Her Napkin (Cyberwit, 2012). He has also published books and articles in cognitive science, higher education, and international relations. He currently serves as distinguished university professor and president emeritus at the University of Richmond.
